She had tried a lot of pre-packaged foods and meal plans, but nothing seemed to be working for her. We thought it might be beneficial for me to come over each evening, since we live so close to each other, and cook her dinner along with meals for the next day. I really enjoy cooking but did't have much experience working with someone who had specific amounts of intake to work with. This digital kitchen scale has worked wonders in making cooking for my aunt enjoyable and it is portable so totally easy to bring with me each day (so that I get time to experiment with new recipes at home too).
