(More customer reviews)I originally was searching for those pop-up things you put in turkeys to tell when they are done, when I ran into this meat thermometer. What I like about it is you can insert it into your turkey and leave it there. It works on pot roasts too. Easy to read, and cleans up easily. It takes the guess work out of how long it takes for the meat to be done. No more undercooked turkey. Yeah!
