(More customer reviews)I originally gave this product a great review (see below). However, both of the scales that I purchased broke within a year under normal use, one after only 2 months. Numerous electronics problems. When I attempted to contact the company under the "10 year warranty", they won't respond.

This scale weighs foods in both ounces and in grams. Mine is accurate to about +/- 4 grams (about 1/8 ounce). It also has a tare or zero function, meaning you can easily subtract the weight of a bowl or other container by pressing a button prior to adding food. For the price, this is a great basic food scale and provides what most people will need. I looked at others in person before buying this one, and found this was the easiest to use.
