(More customer reviews)I've had this scale for a few years. It's tough, easy to tare weights and switches from oz to grams easily. I make mostly breads, and while the scale is limited to about 2 lbs, It's great for measuring ingredients consecutively by taring between the flour, water, and yeast where the yeast weighs 1% of the weight of the flour. This is usually all done in the same bowl. Now, larger recipes, I have to weigh in a couple of bowls.
