(More customer reviews)The scale itself is great - the problem is the battery source. It's true for all their scales, the 9 volt battery doesn't provide enough power to keep it going; I had to take an old plug-in power source from an old phone to keep it going. The AA battery variety of their scales work far superior to the 9 Volt versions; unfortunately, I can't find one of these scales (this particular variety) that runs on AA Batteries.
