The one complaint is pretty frustrating or comical, depending on your mood: the battery door is very badly designed and will pop out at the slightest provocation. The two AAA batteries are loaded lengthwise and spring-loaded. If you drop it on the table the batteries and cover will shoot out. If you are lifting something heavy the plastic casing will distort slightly, causing the battery cover to come loose and again the batteries and cover will go flying. This can be amusing to play with and demonstrate. But can be frustrating when you're in a hurry and the batteries and cover go shooting up to a meter and get lost in a pile of things you're trying to pack.
This problem can be solved by taping the cover shut with some scotch tape.
This product would get 5 stars except for the ballistic battery problem.
