(More customer reviews)I love this scale, it has lovely functions in it and it is very precise. Very elegant and easy to store; I simply put it and the manual in a ziplock and it slides in a drawer where I keep my recipe books. There is a digital thermometer that is always on which is gnarely to show you the "heat" in the kitchen ;-) and the touch capability through the glass surface is AWESOME as I hate devices with all those nooks and crannies that you can get gooey sticky dusty stuff in whilst cooking; and trust me there is alot of that on ones hands when cooking. So, this scale has no crevasses to get anything stuck in, thus clean up is a zip! Finally, the surface is big enough to put bigger heavier items onto and still see the display too, yet the overall scale is quite small for easy storage... the designers put some good thought into this product as it shows. In summary, this scale is well worth the extra cabbage and will be used in more places than just my kitchen!
