(More customer reviews)You get what you pay for with this scale. It has a high capacity, with a significant sacrifice of accuracy, measuring in increments of 2 grams. The temperature probe is incredibly slow to react, and measured boiling water to be 90 degrees Celsius. Interestingly enough, while you can switch between grams and ounces, there is NO way to switch from Celsius to Fahrenheit.
