(More customer reviews)I purchased two of these, to double-check the accuracy. They consistently "tracked" together through many uses. Now have one in each of my ovens. I also work in many different kitchens, so these go with me everywhere. Most oven thermostats are at least 25 to 50 degrees in error (even in "high-end" ovens), and this thermometer helps ensure consistent results every time.
