Fresco's mechanical kitchen scale is an ideal scale for everyday use. A rotating dial indicates pounds and kilograms, and the scale is accurate in 25-gram increments. The scale holds up to five pounds while the plastic bowl holds up to 17 ounces. The bowl features volume measurements and a handle and pour spout, making it easy to pour ingredients directly into a pan for baking. An add-and-weigh function lets you continue to add ingredients to the bowl while measuring progressive changes in weight. For compact storage, simply remove the bowl and turn it upside down to nest on top of the scale. Non-skid feet provide stability for use on any countertop or table. This Fresco scale measures 6.8 by 8 by 4.2 inches. The bowl is dishwasher-safe.
