(More customer reviews)I purchased this item as a x-mas gift for my wife. It works very well and has ample space on the weighing platform however, the LCD readout is misaligned on the front panel to where it is difficult to read the numbers easily. Somehow the LCD has shifted and is slightly hidden behind the masked-out window. This unit comes with a lifetime warranty so I will probably contact the manufacturer, but even if it is replaced or repaired I will still have to go through the trouble of boxing up and shipping the unit back.
