(More customer reviews)I never found the need to use a scale in the kitchen but i am trying to slim down and cook consciousnesly. I got this and it took me time to get using it, its so much easier than trying to figure out conversions, not worrying about spills,or using a separate bowl and weight that are not calibrated.I started using the bowl as my primary mixing bowl, and have been able to keep excellent track of exactly how much i'm eating! losing weight and cooking more than ever.
