I really hate doing the dishes so this was a nice additional benefit to all of the other features that this scale has. I don't have to deal with measuring cups because I can just put most of the ingredients I'm working with directly on the scale, then wipe it down when I'm done. This scale appears to be really accurate and I use it pretty much everyday now. Plus because of the light weight aspect, it is really easy to bring with me to other places if I want to prepare dishes there or cook with friends.
