(More customer reviews)This is quite honestly one of the best scales I've used, however be warned, that Polder is exceedingly difficult to reach, so if you have any difficulties at all with this scale that you cannot resolve on your own, Polder is not there to help you. They have a link to help/contact/faq on their website but it leads nowhere, in addition they do not have a valid email address. I now am stuck with the error message "out2" which I have no idea what means, and I have been trying to contact polder for days at (914)937-8200. So all in all its a good, useful, accurate scale, until any problem arises.
