I don't usually write too many reviews about cooking products and kitchen accessories, but this scale has really changed the way that I think about food. Sometimes in the past it was easy for me to just turn my head and not consider the nutritional content of the things I was eating, but this scale makes me much more aware on an every day level of staying healthy.
