Mine chops meat and all that so you need something adequate for such functions, and big enough to handle the chore. This is a great product for such imo. Doubt you will be replacing this anytime soon. Shop around, or buy as a set for the best price. Excellent quality and a worthy purchase to fork-scramble eggs or whip cream with an emersion blender. I dearly love mine for fast easy-clean-up and all the prep-time it saves me on a daily basis. No more dragging out the food processor, noisy blender, or mixer for every little thing. USA made, and an outstanding design.
